“The moment we start seeing oral self-care training as treatment, everything changes”.
Why Rethinking Prevention
After almost 30 years in clinical practice, my work has evolved from treating individual patients to helping dental professionals, clinics and organisations implement prevention in a practical, consistent and sustainable way.
I believe prevention is much more than a professional “cleaning”. It is about helping people build the skills and habits that support lifelong oral health.
That belief is the foundation of everything I do.
What I do
Through Rethinking Prevention™, I work with dental professionals, clinics and organisations to strengthen prevention and turn it into everyday practice.
My work includes:
• Consultancy
• Prevention implementation
• International lectures
• Mentoring
• Professional development
Whether I work with an individual professional, a clinic or an international organisation, my goal is always the same:
Making prevention visible, valued and successful.
Current role
Alongside my consultancy, I work internationally as Global iMGi Project Manager at Curaden AG.
My work focuses on translating prevention into structured clinical workflows that help dental professionals integrate prevention consistently into everyday gingival inflammation management.
Prevention is not something we add to dentistry.
It is how we create lasting oral health.
Beyond Clinical Practice
Happy Dental Professional Method
The Happy Dental Professional Method was created to support dental professionals in building a fulfilling and sustainable career.
Professional wellbeing and clinical excellence go hand in hand. Inspired professionals communicate better, build stronger relationships with patients and create a more positive prevention culture.
The book shares the principles that have shaped my own professional journey.
